Jubilations Dinner Theatre has been providing fantastic entertainment and delicious dining for over 13 years to Calgarians far and wide. Jubilations Theatre is also the fantastic employer of two CAES candidates who are working in the areas they are passionate about; customer service and culinary work. As Terena’s and Sylvia’s Career Consultant I have had the wonderful experience of working with these two very eager candidates and this inclusive organization that has championed workplace diversity.
Terena is manning the phones and using her wonderful phone manner to promote upcoming Jubilations shows and seasonal deals. Jubilations Assistant Manager Syreeta is thrilled with Terena’s bubbly personality, melodic phone voice and her commitment to the Jubilations Team. Terena is ‘over the moon’ working at Jubilations Theatre and describes her current employer as an ‘awesome, empathetic manager’. Terena has always wanted to work in the customer service field where she can have an impact on people’s lives and is excited to have found an environment that provides such exceptional support, teamwork and integrity.
Sylvia has been working in the Jubilations kitchen for over one year and loves the camaraderie that comes with working with committed, energetic kitchen mates. Sylvia had previous kitchen experience but feels that she has found a real opportunity for growth with Jubilations as she is involved in a variety of duties in the kitchen and is constantly acquiring additional skills. Chef Manager Terry is an exceptionally creative and supportive mentor and has played an integral role in Sylvia’s job satisfaction.
