Participant Eligibility Criteria:
- 18 Years of age or older
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Unemployed or ‘Under-Employed’ (to be approved by Service Canada)
- Not E.I. eligible or ‘Reach-back’ eligible (have not accessed E.I. in past 3 years)
- Self-identify as having a permanent lifelong disability
- Able to commit to active job search and ready for employment
